I’m relocating to Sale from Bury with my two daughters aged 5 and 3. I’m moving for the schools.
I’ve done a fair bit of research and seen a few houses but interested to hear from those who live here. I’ve heard many things about the Racecourse estate but is it ok now? I was looking at the beginning of Ascot Avenue and was told by both people who live there and the estate agent that there are no issues - mostly private buyers etc.
Can anyone shed any light on the following roads:
Riding Close, Knutsford Avenue, Daisyhill Close, Norley Drive.
I appreciate these are all in different areas. I am, like many in the area, aspirationally looking at the Trafford grammars. But also comfortable with the excellent state school variety.
Also which primary schools are best?
I’m a first time buyer and feel a bit overwhelmed. Thanks for your help
