What can we do with this layout?

a house we previously discounted we are reconsidering due to a reduction, but we are not sure how we can reconfigure the layout of the downstairs. Floor plan below, any ideas?

Thanks @dgf I think that’s the layout we would go for. That I think would mean removing one load bearing wall and two non load bearing.

for the structural work do you think £20k is realistic?
