Hi, we are looking to replace old sash widows in our second-floor Victorian flat. Choosing between Accoya (the most expensive), Sapele (marginally cheaper) and Meranti.
Would anyone have any thoughts/experience/inside knowledge of whether Accoya is worth it, bearing in mind that the upkeep of the second-floor windows is not easy?
