We moved into a new build last year - although this is our second home we have absolutely no clue as we moved in from a small flat where we couldn’t do anything but paint! In the house we have a smallish utility room with space under counter where we have our washing machine - the developers left space beside it if we decided to add a tumble dryer. The house is so warm we’ve decided we don’t need one (& it will save us electric). Has anyone added an additional kitchen cabinet to this space and if so roughly how much did it cost?
