How much for an under stair toilet?

I'm terrible a estimating costs for building work so I'm not sure if what I've been quoted is reasonable.

We're having building work done at our house and we've been quoted by our current builders the cost to put in a downstairs loo under our stairs (in addition to the current work they're doing for us).

A few things to note:

There is loads of room under the house so no need to rip up floor boards.
There is nothing under our stairs currently so it's the cost of putting in a sink, toilet, radiator, stud wall and door.
We live in the north east.

How much would you estimate this work to come in at?

Thanks

Depends how accessible the soil stack is. If it's under your bathroom could be easy, if it's in the other side of the house or no where near a sewer, could be £10k

We’ve just had a quote for a very similar job: under stairs toilet with stud wall / door move to create more space. We’ve been quoted just over £8k and that doesn’t include the cost of the tiles or painting. We are North West

Ok - thanks. Our quote is £7k which sounds quite reasonable now! I was expecting it to be closer to £5k. Building work is crazy nowadays.
