We knew the property was in a flood risk area and sought advice from a broker that said some insurers wouldn't but quite a few would. We have a policy lined up.
My solicitor said that they need to let the lender know so what happens now? Do they reduce or pull their offer or do they take this into account when offering in the first place. I'm assuming they do their own checks?
I really wish I hadn't received this information this late in the day as I can't speak to anyone about it.
