Please help keep me sane.........think my tennent is a bit rattled.........understandably really, i have to give him 2 months notice but I shant do that till someone puts an offer in (if!!)

I am really stressing at the moment so I need this thread to try and keep me focussed. I tihnk ive covered my bases, I have a solicitor, estate agent, Im getting my HIPS thing done (well the solicitor is sorting it)

please words of encouragement, or anyone else doing the same. DP is about as useful as a choccie tpot...........I do all the financy housey type stuff, the rental house is mine anyway

Is tenant keen to stay on? Only saying this as we brough our rental flat with tenant included and has worked out really well.

he is keen to stay........and certainly if someone wanted to buy the house with tenant that would be an option, he has been a really good tenant too.

Average time between offer and exchange is 13 weeks so shd be plenty of time ti give tenant notice if need to. Sounds as if you've got everything covered.

and Im already not liking my esatae agent............the picutre of the house had two freekin big wheely bins on the path...........you would have though he would have had the common sense to move them out of the way........im selling the house not hte blimmin wheelie bins
