TLDR: I need to get a copy of a buildover agreement between us and the water company that was granted prior to us building an extension on our house in 2018. Does anyone know how to do this (Wessex Water)?
Full Saga: We did an extension on our house that required a buildover agreement with the water company, which we got. However, the build was managed by a third party who is now not contactable and AFAIK they have the only copy. I know it was agreed as my builder was there when agreed but he doesn't have a copy of the actual agreement. Is it possible to get a copy from the water company so that we can get building control to sign off on the extension (not done before now for various reasons including covid and a further extension so they said they'd do it all at once)?
