In Rochdale. Only 10 mins walk from station for 20 minute train journey to Manchester. Will negotiate on price for Mumsnetters obviously.

Want to move nearer to friends in the country but have mixed feelings about leaving this house. Will have to downsize considerably. Had an offer which fell through a year ago then took it off market. Determined to sell this time.

It looks very nice - wouldn't think you will have a problem selling it, they should be queuing up at the door.
