Ok we viewed a house and liked it with an agent a while ago but didn't put in an offer as we were looking around.It sold then fell through and we viewed it again.It is also on with another agent at less £.We made our offer which was refused Dp asked how much they would accept and agent said x pounds and not a penny less.Fair enough BUT the house is on with the other agent at less than that!So do we go to other agent and put offer in again or is that not done? I have a feeling the agent we did put the offer with didn't put it forward
