I just would like to know about the Rainham Area.
Last year we lost the deal in November and property was in Upminster, since than situation has gone so tough and hardly any properties could find in good area according to our budget around £375. We liked so much Upminster area and now any where we go for viewing we feel it's big compromise for us. Recently we found a place in Rainham, we had looked around area we felt safe before we placed the offer. we started all process and lately I have heard that Rainham is not very nice area.
For me most important thing is safe environment as I have little daughter where she is going to grove up.
Please advice on this matter.
