The juliet balcony door of my loft extension is letting in water in heavy rain, which is seeping below the frame to the ceiling of the room below via the holes and gaps in the picture. I've already had a handyman look at it, and he replaced the door seal, but water is still getting in. I don't know who to call next. When I search for "window repairs" I just get glaziers, and local installers don't seem to do minor repairs.
(I could silicon-seal where the arrows are, but that won't stop the water getting through the door, and it will still need to go somewhere).
