If I wanted a house in a nice, quiet part of Ashford how much would it cost me?

Ideally I would like 3 rooms downstairs plus the kitchen and 4-5 bedrooms.

Also search for estate agents in Ashford area, or have a look on Right Move to get an idea of asking prices at the moment.
