Hiya, I bid on a flat and had an email saying i was being considered. Sent the documents they required and did a docusign thing. In the email it said the status on the feedback might change to 'offered to you' while they consider it. This happened about 3 days after I sent my info, but now my band and date have also appeared in the feedback bit and under the 'your application' heading it also says offered.
Does this mean I've been successful or could it still be just being considered? Never done this before so I'm really confused. The email wasn't really clear! This all changed on Friday, I didn't get an email saying I'd been successful but did ring the council and they said it looked like it was mine. They've given me wrong information before though, so I'm not sure whether to trust it and not knowing is driving me mad!
Has anyone been through this before and could offer some insight? Thank you!
