Need to find a waterproof blind for my bathroom!

I need to find a waterproof blind for my bathroom - something that is more than "moisture resistant", but rather something that can take a daily battering from the shower! Can anyone make any recommendations?

We are in the same boat - I made one... really simple, bought shower curtain / fabric, plus extending pole and sewed three hems on the sewing machine threaded it on, DaDaaaa!!

I made a waterproof bathroom blind by buying some pvc coated fabric, and then bought a cheap roller blind in the sale. I took the fabric off the roller blind (it was fixed on with adhesive) I hemmed my pvc fabric up both sides, then stuck the fabric on to the metal pole of the roller blind. My roller came with a plastic strip which clipped over the bottom edge of the fabric - simple to do and very effective. It will eventually develop mould on the backing fabric but ours lasted about 3 years at least before this happened.

Pvc is definitely the best fabric to go for if it is likely to get very wet, as it is completely waterproof. It is still a good idea to wipe it down after use though, just to make sure there isn't any chance of mould building up. We have had a pvc roller blind in our bathroom for a few years now and it gets wet every day and it still looks good! There is quite a nice selection here - waterproof roller blinds

We got one from John Lewis-so far so good but it went up 2 weeks ago so time will tell. I think we'll have to put a fan in cos we get nice black polka dots on our ceiling!
