TAKING UP A TILED FLOOR

OK...advice needed.

We had our kitchen done 5 years ago and I'm still happy with it, but at the time we were running short of funds so I chose an "OK floor" which I now loathe with a passion. I want to rip the floor out and have it retiled to match the conservatory tiles which flows off this room and dh has said that i can do it.

How hard will this be (I'll not be doing it - we'll be getting builders in)....is it possible?

the conservatory is already tiled and i have to take up the kitchen floor otherwise tehy will be on diff levels. The kickboards clip off quite easily.....

ah well - will call the builders and see what they think

Won't the tilers take that on board, as a matter of course? You may have to pay a bit more, but surely it's worth it. TBT I'd be surprised if they hadn't encountered this before.
