Bellway Parkgate (Knutsford)

Has anybody looked at or bought a new build from the Bellway Parkgate development? Would love to hear experiences/ thoughts/ ideas :)

They recently had problems with travellers arriving and setting up camp on there.

That doesn’t worry me too much - I’m currently in a non-new build and we’ve had the same issue locally so I think it’s just one of those unfortunate things.
