We are all ready to go on our second house purchae (first on efell through day before we exchanged). Buyer has just phoned me and told me that his ex wife is messing about and won't sign over the money to him and apparently doesn't legally have to until decree absolute comes through in 6 weeks.
Why would she do this except to hurt him, my entire family is currently on hold and I am on the verge of losing the plot. We were originally moving on 7th Dec, then this Fri, Then mid Feb, then End Feb, now looks more like end of March.
We have no garden and I am fed up with the hour round trip to take dd to nursery. I just want to move.
If you are an MNer (his ex) please let him have the money I can't take much more.
