UPVC window in a property with aluminium windows

Hello, considering to convert the garage into a habitable room. The garage door will be bricked up and replaced by a window. The property currently has aluminium windows at the front. Will it be odd to have the new window in UPVC even if in the same style? My budget just doesn't extend to aluminium windows at the moment.

Any thoughts?

UPVC is never the nicest option, unfortunately. If it's only 1 window, I would try to match it, otherwise you might spoil the kerb appeal of your house. If you really can't stretch that far, at least make sure that colour and design match as closely as possible.
