Help - looking for handymen/builders in SW London

I'm looking for someone to help me refurbish my rental house. I don't need high spec £30k kitchen and am happy to source all materials (eg ikea kitchen, laminate flooring etc) but need someone to fit it all for me and then paint/decorate.

Any help/ideas much appreciated. The quotes I'm getting are ridiculously high (appreciate that's the cost of this kind of work these days) but as it's not my main home and will be let out i need to be commercial in terms of budget spend. It's in south west London.

These are some examples of his work, he did everything in the kitchen except the electrics and did the panelling and decorating in the bedroom.

Thanks. I've pm'd you his details. He normally works at a fixed price but as an example to fit the kitchen and paint it was about £2k though that was a couple of years ago if that's any help.

Ikea kitchens are well know for costing a fortune to fit, some fitters won’t even do it, because they come in so many flatpack pieces. You want something more like DIY Kitchens, they deliver the units already constructed so the fitter just screws them together v quick and cheap to fit.

Don’t know a London builder sorry but I’d probably look to hire someone from an area like Orpington which is full of builders.

I know a very good builder that I highly recommend. He did a full house refurb for me. He is excellent and very competitive when it comes to cost. Pm me if you want his details

Finding builders is very hard I agree.I have lots of rental properties in South West London and have used the same team over and over again. I refurbish houses for a living so I have completed many kitchen,bathrooms, extensions loft conversions over the years (too many to mention!) I have used the same builders for several years and they are brilliant. If you want their details drop me a PM and I will send over.
