At the end of our chain, a management company needs to be set up for a shared drainage system for 5 newly developed properties. Despite lots of chasing of agents and solicitors, no one seems to have any clue how long this will take. Sounds like it should be a quick job to me but I’m starting to wonder. Does anyone have experience of this and know how long it is likely to take? Thank you
