Has anyone been through the following and can advise? I'm buying a shared ownership house. It's a new build. The application from the housing association to register the new build with the land registry is pending. My solicitor has requested it be expedited and is lodging an application to protect me pending registration. The difficulty is my solicitor says they can't tell me how long this will all take to resolve so I can exchange. Does anyone else know?
