A property shares a porch roof. One side has a very rickety, rotting wooden side walls, the other just has the roof and open sides. The divide between the two is also rotting.
House with the wooden sides (1) gets a half brick built porch, repairing the rotting central bit with brick. House without the walls (2) is left with an acro potentially supporting part of their shared roof. Unsure whether this is necessary due to new brick divide.
House who had porch built have asked the builder to come back and remove the acro etc, this was a couple of years ago and it is still there.
House 2 is now threatening house 1 with legal action. House 1 is pointing them towards the builder. What's the score here do you reckon?
