Connect dishwasher to waste water pipe

What do I need to do in order to install a dishwasher next to this washing machine? There are 2 outlet valves, but how do i get 2 hoses in the downpipe, so both appliances can drain?

Yes you’ll need something like what @filka has linked. We have that same piece currently in for a temporary dishwasher in back porch whilst kitchen is being redone situation and it’s fine. It’s exactly how our dishwasher was plumbed in under the sink in the old kitchen only into the top was where the sink was attached rather than a washing machine drain hose. There may well be better solutions (or perhaps more professional looking ones!) but it does work.

You need this for the waste outlets and the ‘Y’ piece down above for the mains water connections.

But you do need to loop both outlet hoses right up to the worktop, then descend to the waste, so that waste water does not flow from one appliance to the other

The standpipe in your pic looks too short to me.
