Helloo! I’ve just bought a new TV, it’s showing as connected to the WiFi and that signal strength is excellent but I’m getting error messages whenever I try and open an app such as iplayer saying internet can’t be reached, as shown in pics. I’ve unplugged both WiFi router and TV for 60 seconds, still hasn’t made a change.
