We've lived in new home for about a year now, the gent next door is a lovely guy with a lot of life in him but he's gone from being ultra (and a bit too friendly at times) to now avoiding us.
I think he might've got offended that we don't always have the time to chat (usually we have our 2yo DD with us) and we've been trying to excuse ourselves when we bump into him. It seems he's taken offence to that. Any tips for how we can get him to be more in the middle..?
