Cambridge - any recommendations for good letting agent?

As a landlord, but one that also treats tenants well. We've rented out our family home in Cambs since the late 90s when we moved abroad for work. (We don't want to sell as we're renting overseas.)
Originally we let the property through Camflats, later taken over by Tucker Gardner. There's been little need for them to do much as we've only had 3 sets of tenants in that period. However our lovely tenants of 10 years left due to Brexit / pandemic. TG have been really dreadful in managing the changeover period with new tenants coming in & settling down, very poor communication (with us and tenants), sending wrong information, etc etc etc.
Initially I figured it was just glitches due to Covid but there's been no improvement, so keen to swap to somewhere new. But equally don't want to go from fryingpan into the fire, so recommendations welcomed.

We rented with Bush Lettings 2 times and as tenants they were good with us. Responsive we etc.
Tucker haven't been too bad to us either, but of course experiences vary!

Thanks thewaitislong - to be honest TG have been fine in the past, but things seem to have really fallen apart lately (culminating in them accidentally giving our - very good and planning to stay long term - tenants notice to quit!)
