Cost to build this front garden?

I've taken a photo from Pintrest of a similar house to mine. Do you have any ideas what I might need to budget to build a front garden this size? Ignore the driveway in the photo. I need a hip-high retaining front wall. I want to do Indian sandstone paving across the front with a large oval cut out of the centre of it for a flower bed. Due to the slope between the door and the street I also need steps up to the front door. I'm in the South East. I reckon I'll need two skips to cart away the old knackered front garden. Do you think I can get a quality job for 10k or is that too little?

theres Materials then labour.
whats the area you want flagging in metres?
look at Jewson.co.uk or travis-Perkins.co.uk for an ideas of price.

do you want the front wall in brick?
would it be built from the ground up to get a single look?

if the skip can go on the drive that’s cheaper otherwise you need a license to have it on the road.
from other posts here you might be looking at £700 for the skips alone.
(happy to be corrected)

The only way to find out is to get quotes. If anyone locally has had something similar done, ask whether they would recommend the contractor who did the work for them and get their contact details if they were happy with them and their work.

The brick wall is likely to be pricey.
