Can anyone find somewhere which says how long the section 8 notice period required is in Wales?
Between the covid changes, and the new rules coming in in July, I can't find what the current situation is.
Context: my landlord is a twat who wants me out asap, preferably before my current S21 notice expires in 5 months. I suspect they may attempt to use a S8 notice on slightly dubious grounds (I'm not in rent arrears).
