All well and good saying that but we don't have central heating and the fire heats the water. Not a posh house but a very old one grade 1 listed.

It's the old coach house for the national trust property near the village and we put in an application in 2019 and we're still negotiating so until that happens as we have to either use the kettle or the wood burner to have showers and heat the house.

Hope you get your heating sorted. Does it have lead water pipes? My house from the 1900s had lead pipes we replaced.
