Rent guarantee insurance - Is it worth it?

Anyone got this and if so can you recommend anyone?

ive got a letting Agent who have robust procedures in place but should I take out a rent guarantee policy anyway? There are some scary articles out there right now about tenants not being able to pay the rent and refusing to leave for months…..

Yes very much worth it!

Oh yes.....aunt in care home so house let to help with fees....we pay about £200 a year....one set of tenants stopped paying so evicted...the ins covered loss of rent and all eviction costs etc....they dont pay the first month rent...will be in the policy and its a tax expense also for the return.
