Why rightmove still not updated sold price?

Just checked rightmove, it still shows the latest updated sold price is 7th March.
I remembered they used to update their sold price on monthly basis.
Just curious about some sold price back to November near my house.🤔

The figures come from the Land Registry, which has a backlog of casework which is leading to delays.

See e.g. signaturepropertyfinance.co.uk/how-are-land-registry-delays-impacting-the-property-market/

They seem to be 3 months behind even in ordinary circumstances

It was several years before the price I paid for my current property showed up anywhere. In some instances they don't publish the price at all.
Ours is a conversion and holds 2 land reg titles so that may have contributed to the delay.

We sold in September last year and have in the last month received the letter from land registry to confirm. The prices sold and paid updated for our sale and purchase shortly after. I think one of the portals does updates on the 20th.

Yes I keep checking for a local property near me. Sold nearly a year ago and not updated yet!

This website updates a bit more quickly - Rightmove is always very slow.

2 reasons. Backlog at Land Registry and also some websites only update the sold prices every 3 months. I say some as I don't know if Rightmove is counted.
I've been waiting to find out what next door sold for last summer (being nosey). I can see the prices of the houses sold down the street that were in autumn but not next door.

I’ve noticed the same thing. Every other month the prices have been updated at some point but for some reason they seem to have skipped April which is really annoying!
