Hi, I am new to UK and this is my first time to buy house, after waiting for 5 months, the transaction still cannot be completed due to the blue edged problem on the Title Plan. No one can tell me the actually meaning and how to solve the problem, even my solicitor. The vendor told me the plan will be amended by the Land Registry due to error, but after 4 months still no updating. I am struggled to give up the transaction or keep waiting, but my current tenancy will be ended soon...... anyone can give me some advise please?
