We have exchanged on a house and are due to complete next week. We have just found out the new owners of the adjoining house have put in planning permission for a new wrap around 1 storey extentions coming up to our boundary. They just contacted us via the estate agents to discuss a party wall agreement for this new extention. What should we be saying or doing? I have no experience with this and don't want to mess this up. What things do I need to be looking out for and considering? Thanks for any help in advance.
