What to measure on a measuring up viewing!

We've arranged another viewing to measure up but what do we measure up?! Don't need any measurements for carpets since they're already listened on the properties floor plan. The only thing I can think of is the windows for curtains/blinds? It'll be our last viewing on this vacant property so I need to make it count!

Well, why are you going ?

We measured to see if things would fit.
So, in the first instance you are looking at the whole house, but you might want to know if you can get your piano in the back room, or if that new sofa you are thinking of getting will fit behind the living room door and the wall. Or if you buy that big American fridge whether it will fit in. or if you can fit a king sized bed in the 2nd bedroom or if it would be better to order a double. etc etc

Thing is, if you haven't got any of those questions, then you don't need to measure up.
