Moving a toilet into bathroom

We are seriously considering buying this house (pic is of the first floor) but we need bed4 to be bigger. Given that the bathroom needs a complete renovation we were wondering if it is possible to move the toilet into the bathroom and extend bed4 into the space where the toilet is now.

Has anyone moved a toilet before?

Yes. Shouldn't be a problem as the soil stack will be nearby. You would need to move the sink and the easiest place to put the loo will be somewhere on the external wall.

You could but I'm not sure I would. That bedroom is already long but narrow. Im not sure you are gaining much. Personally I would turn the wc into a walk in shower and move the toilet against the back wall.
