Looking to buy a David Wilson Home and totally torn between the Avondale and Holden! Has anyone got experience of viewing/living in either of these homes and would recommend one in particular? Have looked around a Holden show home but not an Avondale and just have equal pros and cons for both so can’t make up my mind 🙈
