French Grey F&B

Hi,

So I'm getting some furniture up cycled and the colour we have chosen is french grey by farrow and ball.

We are now considering repainting the room the furniture will go in, as it looks a bit drab and dull at the moment and could do with a freshen up! The room is currently painted in Elephants Breath F&B, but I was wondering if anyone else has used French Grey and what they matched it with? Even if they've used it for a feature wall, or furniture.

Thank you!

i've used French Gray with Fired Earth Oyster and Little Greene China Clay 1 and Atelier Ellis Stony Plaster - so very soft pinks and ivory. It also looks good with Crown Sail White and wood of various hues (walnut, teak, oak). You need to be careful with the pink you choose - China Clay looks fantastic in one south-facing room in our house, but in another room, also south-facing, it came out as a sugary nightmare.

Basically, it's a great neutral, calming shade, and you could pair it with loads of different shades.
