Anyone else fancies a good moan?
This search is just too depressing and I feel it’s sucking the life out of me. It’s been a tough couple of years on many fronts and I just want to see I’ve got a place to call my own, and yet nothing seems to go right… i know I’m exaggerating slightly in just so fed up!

I'm with you. Been looking since May last year as relationship was over, and sale was due to complete in June. Sale went smoothly, and according to plan. Had an offer accepted on purchase in July 2021 then in February this year vendor pulled out, don't think I'll ever hear their reason for wasting 7 months (just the two of us in the "chain").

I've lost thousands of pounds, still living with family after 8 months, there's absolutely nothing available to buy, and interest rates have gone up twice since, it's pretty rubbish.

North West… I’ve offered significantly over the asking price more than once on the little stock that came up and nothing… right now there isn’t anything I actually want to view.. do I need to reset my expectations completely?? 😐

@Starseeking I’m so sorry this must have been a horrendous experience… I’m in a similar boat but we’re keeping the marital home as it’s impossible to buy one house let alone two… but this is overtaking my life and just draining any little energy I have still.
