Hi is anyone around today who can advise me please on these areas? I need to move somewhere around Worthing or Arundel, and have no local knowledge at all. I am hoping to find a property in fairly rural location (village, small town) but in no more than 30 mins drive to worthing, does it exist and are there certain good schools? Which areas would not really be suitable for young family? Thanks for any tips you can give!

Hi ilove8pm! I know the area, having grown up in Worthing. Arundel is a lovely town- it has a strong local community but can be a bit insular/ bordering on snobby... might be your thing?!

Ferring is similar, reasonably rural and also near the sea.

If you want good schools, don't go to Chichester. Sorry, I know that's contraversial and I can't tell you how I know, but I do!

Don't know much about surrounding villages/ small towns... sorry!

Hope that helps a bit!
