Strike estate agents

Has anyone used them? They are free. Unless you want to pay for extras. The reviews say there is no hassle to use the extras (I've looked at them and I definitely wouldn't need them).
Has anyone used them, and got to completion for free? It seems to be a no brainer. I've got a house that should be easy to sell at a fair price. I don't see what work an estate agent will do that is worth a few grand.

They had it on their website when I was selling too and I was ready to pay but it went on RM and no payment due.

I have taken the advice on here and found a local estate agent and negotiated a good price so fingers crossed 🤞 it will be ok.

I am not a EA but if it’s that easy just sell your house yourself! Show complete strangers around, check their financial situation etc. If it was that simple we would all be doing it ourselves…

All (like 99%) of estate agents are a bit snakey, and I can totally see why you'd want to use Strike. From experience, I've found local, independent agents to be the best of a bad bunch (online, national, local).
