6 x 2m loft space - what to use it for?

If we go through with our extension, we may end up with a bonus loft space that has a useable floor area that is 6 x 2m i.e. where the height of the ceiling is >1.8m. Then eaves on either side of 1.5m height.
Access is not a problem as it’s a continuation of a store room that comes off the 2nd floor landing.
We won’t need it for storage but was thinking perhaps a gym? Study? Any other ideas? It’s a long narrow room so hard to visualise the space.

Put a wardrobe at back of store room with no back. Then make it a secret den for a special hobby. Mine would be lego/library.

will it have any window? will it get v hot in summer?

i'd probably use it for lots of storage & have neat shelves for things like christmas decor and archive files etc.

I don’t think a gym would work as there’s not much space to stand upright.

Study, walk in wardrobe, model railway, meditation room … depends on what floats your boat

Re: height - we are awaiting clarification from our architect. Current store room height is 2.4m, so I hope the ceiling of this will continue on as the same height, sloping down to 1.8m at the eaves and then 1.5m.
We can use the 1.8-1.5m edge for storage.

There will be roof lights/velux but no windows on vertical walls with a view out, iyswim.
Not sure about whether it would get hot - the rooms up there do at the moment but they are not properly insulated. I am hoping that will make a difference.

Whilst slightly awkward in its dimensions, it’s a nice problem to have.
Love the idea of a library, secret hobby room or possibly study.
May be a cinema room for kids when friends come over - can chill on bean bags/futons. Thinking ahead to teenage years when they can’t bear to have their friends in the same room as us .
