Please help me identify my kitchen lights! (with pics)

I had a light go out in my kitchen, but when I’ve dismantled it, there’s no bulb as such??
What lights do I have, & will I have to replace the whole unit? I just don’t get it, & don’t even know what to ‘google’ just keeps coming up with bulbs? Any bright sparks out there?

Led? Aurora downlights from what I can make out on the side. You replace the whole unit for led lights but they last a really long time.

Thank you! They’ve been in for about 9 years, so can’t complain really!.
