We are thinking of moving to stoneleigh in Epsom. Family of 4 +2 dogs. 5 and 2 year old. We currently live in Mitcham.
We have seen a few houses come up and are drawn to the nonsuch park side between the A24 and the train tracks. We like the proximity to Nonsuch, the look of the houses and the streets, the broadway seems pleasant with quite a few amenities? Just looking for any advice and recommendations really from anyone living in and around Stoneleigh? Is it a nice area to live in? Quiet? Safe? Good for kids? From what I’ve read schools seem good? Nice Community feel etc? Other areas we’ve considered are Cheam, Ewell and Carshalton Beeches. Thank you.
