Talk to me about wall lights

70s type typical estate build style. All main reception rooms have wall lights rather than ceiling lights! Not got the appetite for rewiring but what the heck can be done with wall lights to make them look either more modern or a real feature?

Some nice ones on Made, Cox and Cox and a few other places.

I've bought a couple as like you couldn't be bothered to rewire. Actually have an electrician coming on Monday to install.
Next will be the dining area (need 4) so plan to get some really nice ones so it looks like an intentional look 🤞🏽😂

Go onto Pinterest and have a mooch

I love wall lights, so much better distribution than a centre light. As others have said, an internet search is your friend. We have dimmers on ours, which gives even more control.

I much prefer wall lights to ceiling lights which I never use. There are modern ones about.
Made a feature of them or have the plain and simple plaster type ones that you paint the same colour as the wall
