Didn't like the stairs to nowhere. Some of it is quite dark, 2 beds and 2 baths though.

It's all about the location and Banbury Road in Summertown is a very good one (if that sort of thing is important).
Close to Summertown shops and close to the city center. Prime location and a period property.

It’s a pretty period property in summertown so it’s not a shocking price. Paying for the location really (which is very nice).

I did a rightmove search and saw one slightly more than half the size for £1750/month. I don't know the area but this flat is also far more attractive than the £1750 one.

DD pays £900 for one room in a shared house in Camden, so no, I don't think it's overpriced.

I mean, they are both overpriced really, but it's on at the going rate for the area.

It's a nice, good size flat in a very expensive location. I wouldn't pay it, but I am sure someone will.
