Help, why is my heating not working?

Help needed please. I'm currently sat in the cold wearing my xmas jumper.

The hot water is fine but the heating doesn't seem to be coming on. Usually theres a knob that needs turning inside the boiler and everything is back up and running but that doesn't seem to fix the problem this time.

Any ideas on what it could be or how to sort before I have to find someone to call out and become limbless this month .

I really really hate my Drayton Digistat. I have tried to set it to programme 1 which has 6 events. At 1030 it’s stuck on event 6 which is normally the late evening setting.

The time is also about 25 mins later than it actually is. I have tried various You Tubes and the paper instructions and am messing it up.

Should I call Drayton on their technical helpline tomorrow morning?

Sorry about the picture but you can hopefully see the very small 6 in the bottom right hand side.

Anyone? I can manually turn the heating on by pressing the plus sign but the device is still stuck on 6. It’s really really frustrating. I have tried to change the clock as well and making a mess of that too... please tell me it’s not just me!
