L shape - hob, sink, fridge position - follow up

one of the walls got shortnede and the other extended, so now on the r.h side we have L shape 3.6 by 3.00 ( or 3.2) and then dining area

Please could you let me know your comments to improve anything as doing underfloor heating and need to decide

1. To keep kitchen length at 3.00 (then for dining area 3.6 by 2.7) or 3.20 ( for dining would left 3.6 by 2.5)

Not sure what to put along the walls E-J, or leave it empty atm

each square on my grid is 60cm

1. do we need symmetry where sink is - opposite island ?
2. Where would I put dishwasher - square D?
3. Hob - is it ok where it is now?
4. Oven and Microvawe - to keep them in the Tall unit or under the Island?
5. Where to keep coffee machine, can I put in the cupboard?
6. Spice racks - where best?
7. towel rail?
