Does anyone know of a link to ones that don't come off a few weeks in!? It's for chairs and footstools that are moved around a lot. I'm sick of buying ones not up to the job.

I bought a big bag from Amazon and they work fine. Used in our dining room and chairs are used daily. Rarely come off but do occasionally have to adjust them as they move slightly

I got these from Amazon. Every single one is off now. Anpro 10 Pack Premium DIY Furniture Pads Furniture Felt Sheet for Hard Surfaces Floor Protector Pads 14 * 20cm www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B071W6H1NJ/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_XHTE46P4T71GETFG120B?psc=1&_encoding=UTF8&tag=mumsnetforu03-21

I have found instead of the felt sticky one that the little rubber socks you stick on each leg are better especially for dining room chairs ! Buy packs on Amazon

I didn't know about those socks until I just googled them! Unfortunately, the footstools in question have giant chunky feet as wide as mine.

You need to search for screw in furniture gliders.

I got some because I needed my table to be a few mm higher so my robot hoover could go underneath it, but it's a coffee table that gets moved around a lot so I got screw in ones.
They have been on there for a couple of years with no sign of going anywhere.

These are the ones I got, not sure they'd be big enough for what you want.

On floors which are prone to scratching, I prefer felt pads to hard 'glides'.

After years of sticky pads which never stayed in place, I use screw in ones like these: www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08NXH1QKJ?tag=mumsnetforu03-21

I get mine from oak furniture land. You can buy them on the website.
