Wooden flooring - ideas on costs?

I'm trying to work out a rough budget for sorting out our sitting room. It's roughly 5m x 4m and I'd like to put down a wooden floor (not laminate, but a good engineered wood or solid wood floor), probably in a parquet style. The original floor is poured concrete.

I can get the cost of the wooden flooring itself, but I've no idea what the other materials and labour might cost. Any ideas?

Around here (SE not London) it would be c. £40-50 per sq m (which is roughly the same as they charge for tiling around here). Only because of the parquet element - otherwise it would be less.

We're doing 6x5m of parquet engineered wood and the flooring is costing £2500 and the fitting £2k
